Since soft-launching Pocketed Enterprise in January 2023, we have regularly sought feedback from our early adopters to improve our product and solve your problems.

Our Customers Asked, We Listened

One of the most common requests: a way to customize funding reports for their customers. Each of our users has unique requirements and preferences when it comes to presenting funding opportunities to their customers. We heard three common requests related to reporting: 

1. Show the most important programs first: Our users wanted the flexibility to arrange funding programs in an order that best aligns with their customers’ priorities.

The result? Either information overload or underwhelming reports. Our users were creating their own reports, causing an unnecessary extra step.
